Will I need to pay custom duties and taxes on my international order?

Custom duties and taxes are now included for some international countries. For these countries, you will see a message at Checkout letting you know there will be no additional import charges.

Import duties & taxes are not included on US orders. Orders over $800 may be subject to these charges on delivery and are payable by the receiver.

For all other international countries, orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. You now have the option to pay these charges upfront at Checkout, or choose to pay them when your order is delivered. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

Customers paying in Euros: We would like to reassure all customers paying in Euros that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws.

To our customers in Australia: please note that we need to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia in order for us to comply with Australian import tax laws. Please see the ATO website for more details.

Product prices on our US site exclude any UK or European taxes. US state tax is added to your order at Checkout depending on your shipping state.

can i pick up my order?

Unfortunately we currently don't provide a click and collect pick-up service.

can i change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we're unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Once you have received your order, you can use our Returns portal to return any unwanted items.

can my order be redirected?

Unfortunately we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been despatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.

Can you deliver my order to a PO Box address?

Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Missoma order.

do i need to sign for my parcel?

All Missoma orders being sent to the US are shipped using DHL which does not require a signature.

How long will delivery of my personalised order take?

Orders with engraving or monogramming items will be delivered in 7-10 working days. (Delivery times exclude UK Bank Holidays.)

Orders that have both a personalized and non-personalized item cannot be split into two separate shipments and will be deliveredin 7-10 working days.

How can I track my order?
